This fashion house has a new signature scent for both him and her

Sensual. Intense. Passionate.

These are just some of the words that come to mind when you catch your first glimpse of Dolce & Gabbana’s latest campaign for their timeless fragrance, Light Blue.

The video sees Bianca Balti and David Gandy revive their Mediterranean love story, as they float gently next to the Isle of Capri.

Besides being unfathomably genetically blessed, the duo represents the newest iteration on a time-tested classic, and offers a visually captivating introduction to two new cult fragrances – Light Blue and Light Blue Pour Homme.

This year marks Light Blue’s 16th birthday, and marks a timely moment for master perfumer Olivier Cresp to add to the Light Blue saga.

Light Blue Eau Intense Pour Femme opens with a sharp hit of citrus; fragrant lemon and crisp Granny Smith apple combine, before unfolding with bold fruity and floral facets. Soft marigold forms the heart notes, while heady jasmine petals add to the olfaction. The bottled essence of Mediterranean beauty, the scent dries down with lustrous amber wood and precious musk, for a sensual finish.

Although slightly younger than its female counterpart, Light Blue Pour Homme hits double digits this year; cue the introduction of Light Blue Eau Intense Pour Homme – a concentrate of masculine freshness. Master perfumer Alberto Morillas minted this chilled citrus cocktail of refreshing mandarin and frozen grapefruit. Fragrant juniper combines with salty, aquatic accord at the heart, while amber wood and musk extend the staying power and potency of this decidedly mannish scent.

We dare you not to be inspired after watching this! And no, you won’t be blamed if it offers extra gym motivation, either!
