An inside peak at Auckland's most lavish champagne celebration

We're first in the world for a lot of things, to see the sunrise, to ring in the New Year, to win the Rugby World Cup... so it was only fitting that New Zealand was the first of 80 countries to pop bottles at the Moët Party Day on Saturday 17th June.

With festivities kicking off from 8.30pm at Auckland's REC in Britomart and 5pm at Christchurch's Baretta Bar, the Remix crew joined a host of VIP guests and lucky members of the public as they indulged in Moët-inspired canapes, and of course, plenty of champagne.

Moët Party Day is celebrated the world over, from the UK to Japan, so we were delighted to be among the first to raise our glasses in celebration of the illustrious affair.

Special thanks to the amazing team at Darkhorse for hosting us, and to our glam squad who ensured our girls were positively radiant on the night, Benefit Cosmetics and Servilles.
