YOU LIVE A BUSY LIFE! TELL US ABOUT A TYPICAL DAY AND WEEK IN THE LIFE?
Things are pretty hectic at the moment but if I’m not busy I’m like a dog chasing my tail, I hate it! Currently my days start at 5 a.m. where I’m up and out of the house for my morning cardio burst at the gym. This is always followed by a morning coffee (you do not want to see me without it) and I’ll either have a meeting regarding Limbitless or will spend that time catching up on emails before I start my current day job as a Product Designer around 8am. I’ll often have to pop out during the day for a Limbitless meeting and then back to Les Mills in the evening to do blade training followed by further Limbitless work.

HOW DOES THE CLINIQUE PEP-START RANGE HELP YOU ON THE MOVE?
It’s such a great range for me as I’m on the go constantly. I keep it in my training bag to make sure I’m always fresh faced after training, before work and meetings. I don’t have time to be applying a million different products to my face, plus I’m a simple girl, I wash my face, moisturise and call it a day, the Pep-Start range is perfect for that.

WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE PRODUCT FROM THE RANGE?
Definitely the moisturiser. Aside from the fact that it feels like silk on my face, it gives you a bright complexion and primes the skin for your daily make up routine.

YOU HAVE A VERY EFFORTLESS, LAID-BACK SENSE OF STYLE. HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE LOOK OR VIBE THAT YOU LOVE, ESPECIALLY IN WOMEN?
I’m all about that streetwear aesthetic. If you see me there’s a 90% chance my hair will be in some strange form of bun on top of my head, minimal make up, jeans, t-shirt, a bomber and Nikes. I think it’s important to just stay true to yourself and be confident in what you like to wear. I went to a bar in my active-wear the other day because I didn’t have time to change and I was like, you know what, I’m just going to roll with this. That’s probably taking 'effortless' one step too far but, hey, I don’t think occasions should dictate how we dress if that means putting yourself outside of what you’re comfortable in.

YOU’RE GOING TO BE WORKING WITH CLINIQUE PEP START PRODUCTS AND SHOWING FOLLOWERS HOW YOU USE IT ONLINE. WHAT ELSE ARE YOU WORKING ON IN YOUR LIFE AND BUSINESS? WHAT ELSE IS COMING UP FOR YOU?
I have a lot of exciting things ahead of me at the moment, I’ve recently made the decision to go full-time with Limbitless which will involve focusing on the blog, expanding my social media presence and getting involved in public speaking. I have some awesome collaborations in the pipeline but I’m really excited to be working with Clinique. I feel so lucky to have these opportunities in front of me and to have so many people so supportive of the message I’m trying to get out. If I can use my journey to help other people and make a life out of that, that’s success for me.
