Romeo Beckham takes New York for Tommy Hilfiger

New York has always been the proverbial home of Tommy Hilfiger, spiking the heritage prep label with its signature all-American cool. Within that distinct skyline and style scene sits The Mark Hotel, an Upper East Side backdrop for high-storey sunsets and downtown escapes. For the season ahead, the rooftop plays host to Tommy Hilfiger's Always Denim 2026 campaign, where Romeo Beckham makes his debut with the brand—joined by a new generation of fashion insiders bringing fresh energy and optimism to moments made better in good denim.

For Tommy Hilfiger, that throughline is nothing new. "Denim has always represented the pinnacle of self-expression to me," the designer says, recalling a teenage hustle of driving from Elmira to New York City to buy jeans, customise them, and sell them from the trunk of his car. It's a fabric he sees as endlessly adaptable—evolving through the decades with music, youth culture and shifting attitudes, yet never losing its appeal. "This campaign celebrates that legacy through a new generation, showing how the classics continue to be reimagined in personal ways."

For Romeo, that ease is the whole appeal. ‘There's no right or wrong way to wear denim—that's the whole point,’ he says. ‘One day I'll wear it with a leather jacket, the next with a classic white T-shirt. Tommy's iconic denim has been around for my entire life, but it always feels current because everyone makes it work in a way that feels natural to them.’

As day turns to night, one thing stays constant across collection and campaign: versatility. Styles like the '90s-inspired Theo baggy jean and classic straight-leg Dover jean, both seen on Romeo, pair just as easily with white tees and varsity jackets as with button-down shirting and cable-knit sweaters. It’s classic Tommy—always with a silhouette to match the moment.
