Veuve Clicquot is kicking off Sydney summer in style by collaborating with North Bondi Fish to present the Clicquot Beach Hut. Bringing together the finest combination of food, champagne and all things quintessentially Bondi, the Clicquot Beach Hut will take over North Bondi Fish from 23rd November 2017 until 26 January 2018.
Zac Sykes, head chef at North Bondi Fish, has created two exciting food experiences which are sure to delight guests. The first is a glass of Clicquot with small bites at sunset, and the second a Leah Simmons Pilates session with Clicquot RICH brunch, which is exclusive to Saturdays only.
Everyone loves a Sydney sundowner with a view, and now guests can enjoy delicious small bites such as mini whiting tacos and beef tataki accompanied by a flute of crisp Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label or Rose at #ClicquotHour at North Bondi Fish, every day from 5 - 7pm.
Those wishing to workout before indulging themselves, are invited to join Bondi local and Pilates instructor, Leah Simmons, in an unconventional twist on the usual Pilates class. This 60-minute workout will be followed by a two-hour Clicquot Le Brunch session with free-flowing Veuve Clicquot RICH, which guests can garnish with fresh ingredients such as grapefruit, cucumber and pineapple. Guests will enjoy the most delicious of brunch treats - from fresh fruit platters and cured salmon corn fritters to decadent chocolate mousse and upside down cake.
All of this and more can be enjoyed from the Clicquot Beach Hut, overlooking one of the world's most iconic beaches. North Bondi Fish will be decked out in signature Clicquot style with Clicquot surfboards, towels and deck chairs, making it the perfect summer spot to celebrate not only fine food and champagne but the Australian summer as well.
