Celebrate in style with Savor Group and Galliano

The essence of an Italian summer is something we all yearn for - especially as winter fast approaches here in New Zealand. Galliano and Auckland foodie trailblazers ‘Savor Group’ have teamed together to bring Italy to our doorsteps with a bespoke Aperitivo or long lunch to book out your afternoon. 

Celebrate the end of the work day and pop into Bivacco - from 4 pm you can sip on Galliano’s Vanilla Mule, boasting refreshing flavours of vanilla, lime, and ginger beer whilst enjoying the views of Auckland’s BBG Waterfront vista, setting the perfect scene to wind down after a long day in the office. 

March 31st is a day to mark in the calendar as Bivacco’s long lunch is taking over your afternoon, giving you the great excuse to pop that ‘out of office’ email on and transport yourself to the tides of the Amalfi Coast. Indulge in a four-course tasting menu designed by Bivacco Head chef Ryan Moore, paired with four delicious Galliano cocktails, making the bid farewell to our New Zealand summer that little bit more bearable. 

On the menu, find unique and refreshing sips such as the ‘Cinque’ cocktail, a mix of clarified Beefeater Gin with white Galliano, cinnamon syrup, coconut milk and lemon. For eats, expect classic Italian savours such as the perfectly entwined flavours of Melon & Prosciutto, and the bold combination of Goats Cheese Ravioli with witloof, burnt honey, and pistachio. 

Once you’re there you may as well indulge entirely so skipping dessert is a big no-no. Spoil yourself with the incredible taste of the Amalfi lemon tart paired alongside Galliano’s decadent Espresso Martini. Go on - you deserve it.
