Chef Hercules Noble debuts his late-night restaurant with a twist

NZ’s hottest and self-proclaimed most favouritist private chef, Hercules Noble, is taking his unique spin on cooking to the public with his very first restaurant, Mr Sanders

Proving he isn’t just your run-of-the-mill insta crush, Noble is turning late-night, post-town takeaways gourmet, elevating the iconic taste of KFC to new heights. The one-of-a-kind experience featuring a five-course set menu will open to the public for three nights only from March 20th to 22nd, nestled amongst some of New Zealand’s most esteemed restaurants on Ponsonby Road. Plus, all proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to KFC’s charity partner, Surf Life Saving NZ.

Guests can expect to enjoy a reimagined take on KFC’s iconic Hot & Crispy Boneless, as well as other KFC cult classics. Mr Sanders and Hercules Noble look set to add a whole new meaning to finger-licking good.
