Get into the Spritz State of Mind for summer with Aperol and Remix
Nothing says summertime quite like an Aperol Spritz. It’s a shared experience. A state of mind, if you will. Now that we are on the brink of yet another summer stunner, Remix celebrated the best way we know how: sundowner drinks at the Remix HQ with our nearest and dearest.
The Remix office was transformed into a little Italy thanks to the exciting arrival of the Aperoller —the brand’s mobile bar that brings a slice of the Italian Riviera to any destination. In this case, that address was the heart of Ponsonby Road. The back bar was well stocked with Aperol, Prosecco, Soda Water, and Orange slices (the cocktail’s core ingredients, of course); guests were treated to a Spritz on arrival, and they just kept on coming.
Brought to life by a team of talented bar staff who almost inspirationally perfected the art of the Aperol Spritz, guests spent the afternoon sipping, snacking on some delicious Elmo’s Pizza, and enjoying each other’s company, really epitomising the Barbieri Brothers’ original vision for the liqueur back in 1919.
It goes without saying that there is no other drink to better encapsulate that special summer feeling quite like an Aperol Spritz. An Aperitivo staple in Italy for over a century, the Aperol Spritz is now a global icon in its own right, beloved for being the perfect accessory for shared connections between friends, and those precious moments in the sun.
