Each plate is crafted with care, embracing the flavours of the region and featuring fresh seasonal and sustainable ingredients sourced from local artisans. Those who wander into Grape & Olive will excitedly pair their tapas selection with a curated offer of signature cocktails and extensive local wine list - there’s something to please every palate, from refreshing spritzers to bold reds. By combining Mediterranean culture with Maori, the mixology menu represents a shared essence between the two, with delightful drinks inspired by the four elements. Their signature cocktail ‘Volcanic Soul’, showcases a particularly special connection with the local landscape that tops our coveted cocktail list.
The Menu must-tries for hor’s d'oeuvres lovers include the Te Kouma Bay Oysters and Wairarapa & Losada Olives (obviously). While the larger Cauliflower with Chilli Glaze and celebrated Le Fromage Cheeses & Charcuterie boards cannot go amiss (there’s also a tasty beef burger if you’re that type - you know who you are).
