Just in time for Mother’s Day, Hilton Auckland has introduced a new collaboration to their Afternoon Tea series. In partnership with local, clean K-Beauty brand, Lemon & Beaker; this limited-time culinary experience is designed to create a moment to be shared, savoured, and remembered by guests.
Set against a backdrop of Auckland’s gorgeous Waitematā Harbour, K-Beauty Meets Aotearoa Afternoon Tea is hosted at Bellini Bar, and crafted by Hilton Auckland’s talented culinary team. With a menu that reimagines Korean-inspired flavours through a refined afternoon tea format, the offering draws inspiration from K-Beauty’s philosophy of balance and nourishment.
Guests can enjoy signature savoury creations such as Korean Fried Gochujang Chicken Baos, alongside delicate sweet options that include Lemon Cupcakes with Honey Cream. Much like Lemon & Beaker skincare that focuses on layering, harmony, and enhancing natural beauty; Hilton’s new Afternoon Tea experience is curated to be a harmonious blend of bold and refined flavours, textures and presentation. To add a distinctly Aotearoa element to the menu, subtle influences and natural ingredients have been added to the selection, with highlights such as Beef Tartare with Kawakawa Garlic Butter Crostini.
To further elevate the experience, guests can indulge in a selection of Dilmah teas or coffee, with the ability to opt for a bespoke Lemon Glow cocktail or a glass of Pommery Champagne.
