Childish Gambino pokes fun at Kanye's latest antics

If you’ve watched the hit Netflix series Atlanta, you’re probably already aware that Donald Glover isn’t just the mastermind behind Childish Gambino, but is also a talented writer and director. The witty one liners and relatable humour no doubt attributed to the shows success, and now Glover has created another sketch with Saturday Night Live that’s equally as entertaining.

As anyone with access to the internet is no doubt aware of, Kanye recently made some pretty controversial calls, including publicizing his support for Donald Trump, stating that “slavery was a choice” and revealing: "I had plastic surgery because I was trying to look good for y'all. I got liposuction because I didn't want y'all to call me fat like you called Rob at the wedding.” And we all know that if there’s one thing that makes for undeniably interesting content, it’s a Kanye-Twitter rampage.

This drama with Kanye has now been combined with the concept from recently released film A Quiet Place in Donald Glover’s new sketch with SNL, dubbed A Kanye Place. Simultaneously making a mockery of Kanye while creating a visually impressive short sketch, Glover has outdone himself once again.

So if, like us, you’re patiently waiting for the newest season of Atlanta, keep yourself going with this hit of classic Donald Glover humour, and check out his new song released this week while you’re at it, linked below.
