All the best looks from this year's BAFTAs

The best in television and film came together to celebrate the BAFTA Awards, in true British style.

In solidarity with the #TimesUp movement, the red carpet was flooded with black gowns once again. Political red carpets have taken the awards season by storm, in a push to end the culture of silence and to call attention to the movement. 

Following from the Golden Globes, the leading women again made a stand against sexual abuse and inequality through the medium of fashion.

Three Bilboards Outside Ebbing Missouri took home the Bafta for Best Film, Outstanding British Film, and Best Original Screenplay, with Frances McDormand winning Best Actress for the film.

Gary Oldman won Best Actor for his role in The Darkest Hour. For Shape of Water, Guillermo Del Toro won in the Best Director category.

Daniel Kaluuya, from 2017 most terrifying film, Get Out, won the EE Rising Star award, and best adapted screenplay was awarded to James Ivory for Call Me By Your Name.
