Fashion star on the rise: Tia Feng

New Zealand fashion designer, Tia Feng, has blown our minds yet again with the launch of her new website, tiafeng.com.

Feng's no stranger to the spotlight - she was a top 50 worldwide finalist for the Arts of Fashion Foundation competition in the US, and graduated with first class honours from AUT.

What’s even more impressive is that this fashionista interned with famed designer Rodarte in New York City. Hasn't she already clocked life?!

Feng has also worked with the incredible Peter Som, Showroom 22, and singer Grimes, among others. Although she's a creative through-and-through, the talented designer also has some serious PR and marketing skills under belt.

It’s no wonder, then, her website design is flawless. The site champions her photography campaigns, featuring her quirky, baby-doll dress designs. Always a lover of tulle, Feng creates wonderfully frilly masterpieces that capture both the feminine and the sexy.

‘This is for the misfits, the cuties, and the babygurls with stars in their eyes,’ Feng declares on her website. ‘All the girls who were told ‘no’ and did it anyway.’

Feng is certainly creating her own pathway in the fashion world, and her I-don’t-give-a-stuff attitude is incredibly charming. As the site puts it, ‘These are the clothes to rebel in, to reminisce in, and to dream in.’

Another bonus with Tia Feng’s line is that all the clothes are made in New Zealand. We can’t think of anything else that could make Feng’s clothing any better, but if you still don’t believe us, have a scroll through the images below and see for yourself!
