To eliminate any whispers of irritation whilst moving, G-SHOCK partnered with OUTSENSE Inc.—a leader in the field of 'origami engineering'—to design a band that feels like a second skin. Stemming from the traditional Japanese art of paper-folding, origami engineering encompasses precisely analysed mountain and valley fold angles in the band's base sections that pull outward to the left and right, ensuring the case fits snugly against the wrist on the underside of the band's wave-shaped base.
