Memorable evenings at this stalwart should begin with cocktails, of course, like the Something Tropical which takes its perfect form with a combination of pineapple rum, passionfruit, sugar and lime. Continue your culinary journey in the dining room, where every table has views of the stunning harbour, and the menu changes with the seasons, showcasing the very best of what is grown, raised and produced from land and sea. 1. Oyster Happy Hour 

Aboutsulte waterfront is Oyster & Chop’s drawcard and makes it one of the cities best places to watch the sunset while knocking back oysters and Champagne. And between 3-6 pm daily, those oysters will set back hungry patrons no more than $2.50 each. We’d go as far as to say, you’re making money on that…

Should hunger strike later in the evening, excellent help is at hand from the chefs at Oyster & Chop, being the latest restaurant open in the precinct…
