• A $50 voucher for Forum, valid for dine-in only

ENTRY DEADLINE:

• Entries close at 2:00PM on Friday 23rd May 2025
• The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @jwmarriottauckland Instagram account only
• We will never ask for your credit card or personal banking details to redeem a prize

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The prize is valid for redemption between 25 May 2025 and 25 September 2025
2. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other goods or services
3. Bookings are subject to availability, and blackout dates may apply
4. The prize must be used in a single booking and cannot be split across multiple visits
5. Travel to and from JW Marriott Auckland, Trivet, and Forum is not included
6. Must be 18 years or older to enter or redeem. If under 18, prize must be redeemed with a parent or guardian present
7. The $50 Forum voucher must be redeemed in one transaction and is valid for dine-in only
8. Prize must be booked in advance by contacting JW Marriott Auckland at:

HOTEL-SPECIFIC TERMS:

1. A valid credit card may be required upon check-in for a security bond or incidental charges
2. The Executive Suite includes standard in-room amenities as per the JW Marriott Auckland website. Extras such as minibar, spa services, valet parking, or in-room dining are not included
3. No-show or cancellation within 48 hours of your booking will result in forfeiture of the prize
4. Prize cannot be extended past 25 September 2025 under any circumstance
5. Prize is not to be sold, traded, or used for commercial purposes
6. JW Marriott Auckland reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize in the case of force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, public health emergencies)
7. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that JW Marriott Auckland, Trivet, and Forum may share or repost content from the experience (with proper credit) on their official social media channels
8. (Optional) Prize must be booked by 1 September 2025, even if the stay occurs before 25 September 2025
