Would you drink this non-alcoholic spirit?

While some bars offer thoughtful non-alcoholic drinks like mocktails, most don't, and it's just not as fun to sip on a coke while your friends are enjoying something a little bit more special. British entrepreneur Ben Branson presents "what to drink when you're not drinking" - an all-the-bad-things free, tasty concoction to be enjoyed with tonic; introducing Seedlip!

You might be pretty sceptical at the price tag, but it turns out non-drinking guests are super grateful for this addition to the shelves of an impressive range of restaurants and bars worldwide. The world's first non-alcoholic spirit has the complexity and potency you would expect of any top-shelf spirit, minus the hangover! That's a win!

High alcohol content is generally the first thing you think of at the word 'spirit', but in fact what makes a spirit is the process of distillation. Each batch of Seedlip undergoes an intricate six-week distillation process, in the centuries-old tradtion of apothecaries which used small copper stills to create herbal remedies. Branson creates his complex flavour profiles by ditstilling each individual botanical separately before blending.

Seedlip currently comes in two tasty concoctions, Garden 108 and Spice 94. Garden 108 has a weird and wonderful herbal profile - think peas, spearmint, hay (?!), rosemary and thyme. Spice 94, on the other hand, is dreamy and aromatic with allspice berries, cardamom, oak, lemon and grapefruit.  Both are free of sugar, sweetener, calories and artificial flavours! The mixer of choice is tonic (with cucumber garnish), but Seedlip is also making waves as a tasty premium ingredient in mocktails, and even adds a unique flavour to some of our boozy favourites.

We're convinced! Bring on nights of exciting Seedlip drinks without any next-day woes! Branson has teamed up with the 'World's Best 50' bars and restaurants brand to gain exposure at some of the most premium establishments worldwide. Hopefully that means it won't be long until Seedlip makes it over to our shores and shelves! Until then, you can buy online and check out the website here
