The summer cocktails you should be making

As the season synonymous with hosting inches closer, it's time to get your cocktail recipes in check for planned get-togethers and surprise drop-ins alike. With more than 330 years of experience crafting and creating, there's no liquor label to trust with this task quite like De Kuyper. For the warmer months ahead, tropical flavours and fresh fruit-led notes are at the top of our agenda, lending themselves perfectly to sun-soaked soirées. As we rang in spring and toasted to summer at the Remix Spring Gala, we called upon our friends at De Kuyper to create three bespoke cocktails that encapsulated this feeling, and my, did they deliver.

At the De Kuyper by Hancocks bar, guests could order from three tropical-inspired cocktails. The Let-That-Mango combined Flor De Caña Rum, De Kuyper Mango, lime juice, and fresh mango for a fruit-forward hit. The Ko-Sah-Mui Cooler offered a refreshing balance of Hayman's Gin, De Kuyper Watermelon, lemon, and raspberry, finished with soda. Finally, the Passionfruit Paloma delivered a playful twist on a classic, blending El Jimador Blanco with De Kuyper Passionfruit, lime, and grapefruit soda.
