The veggie-friendly burger pop-up coming to Auckland this week!

If there’s two things we love it’s a delicious burger and our favourite furry friends. Not in the same vein, of course, which is why we were delighted to hear that a burger pop-up is coming our way, with all proceeds going to help the good sorts at the SPCA.

The Bean Supreme Pop Up Café will be serving up hearty burgers designed by Michelin Star chef Jamie Miller in Auckland’s Aotea Square this Friday (23rd June) from 12 – 3pm.

Miller, best known for crafting premium culinary fare for Mint Kitchen, and his team will be dishing out burgers from Bean Supreme’s Café Range; Black Bean & Beetroot Burger and Kumara Burger, as well as the new Masala Burger.

Besides tasting delicious, every burger in the range boasts a 4.5 health star rating and are packed full with superhero ingredients to ensure your burger experience is a totally guilt-free one!

For a gold coin donation, burger bliss could soon be yours. Plus, the Bean Supreme team will match every dollar raised for the SPCA, doubling the amount donated.

Remix were among the first to taste test the new Masala Burger, and we were nothing if not impressed! Comprised of chickpeas, cauliflower, and ancient grains, lovingly blended with spices like turmeric, cumin and ginger. Filling, friendly to our waistlines, and perfect for our vegan and vegetarian friends, these burgers have entered our weekly cooking roster and are there to stay.
