It’s official! MECCA has returned to the heart of Ponsonby to bring an elevated new shopping experience to local beauty lovers. The new space reimagines MECCA’s original Ponsonby location, and its opening — twenty years later — marks the evolution of the long-standing beauty mainstay into an expanded full-service beauty destination.
Almost triple the size of the original store, customers will have access to a plethora of beloved beauty brands (over 95+, to be exact), including Remix favourites: rhode, Charlotte Tilbury, Le Labo, and Glossier. MECCA Ponsonby will introduce to an elevated suite of services with dedicated makeup artistry stations, a semi-private skin bed, and personalised fragrance consultations within the store’s expanded Perfumeria offering.
To celebrate this monumental opening, MECCA will host a series of premium customer experiences and exclusive offers across the opening weekend (Friday 12 June - Sunday 14 June). From fresh Daily Bread pastries offered to the first customers, to complementary fragrance engraving and gifts with purchase; there will be no shortage of excitement for this coveted launch.
MECCA Ponsonby is located at 286-306 Ponsonby Road, and will open from Friday, 12 June.
