TERMS & CONDITIONS — VEUVE CLICQUOT LEXUS URBAN POLO COMPETITION
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Remix Magazine (the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
The competition opens upon publication of the promotional post and closes at 11:59am (NZDT), Friday 27 February 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility
Entry is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

- Are residents of Aotearoa New Zealand
- Are aged 18 years or over
- Are able to attend the event in Auckland on the specified date
- Employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must during the Promotion Period:

- Follow @remixmagazine on Instagram
- Tag the person they would take as their guest in the comments of the competition post
- Each comment constitutes one entry. The Promoter reserves the right to remove or disqualify entries that are incomplete, illegible, offensive, or otherwise not in accordance with these Terms.

5. Prize
The prize consists of:

1 × Double Pass for the Veuve Clicquot Solaire VIP Champagne Lawn at the Lexus Urban Polo event in Auckland, including:

- All-day grazing platters
- Exclusive access to the Champagne Bar
- Sideline viewing
- Total number of prizes: 1

The prize:

- Is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash
- Does not include travel, accommodation, or any additional expenses
- Requires both the winner and guest to arrange and fund their own transport to and from the event

6. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from @remixmagazine only shortly after the competition closes.
- The winner must respond within 24 hours of notification. If the winner does not respond within this time, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Verification
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner, including age and residency. Failure to provide proof if requested may result in disqualification and selection of a new winner.

8. Event Conditions
Attendance at the event is subject to the venue’s entry conditions and any rules imposed by the event organisers.
The winner and guest must comply with all venue policies, including responsible alcohol consumption requirements.

9. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility relating to the competition.

10. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in reasonable promotional activities relating to the competition, including social media mentions, without additional compensation.

11. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

12. General
- The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms.
- The Promoter’s decisions regarding all aspects of the competition are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the competition if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
