A toast to Vinarchy: The drinks menu that gave the Remix Gala extra sparkle
With another year nearly under our (Gucci) belt, Remix decided to celebrate the only way we know how—in style.
Last night, the who’s who of Aotearoa’s fashion and lifestyle industries descended on the iconic St Matthew-in-the-City for the Remix Gala, our fabled annual spring soirée. Beneath the towering Gothic architecture, impeccably dressed attendees socialised, savoured and sipped, thanks to Vinarchy and our other treasured sponsors.
As guests mixed and mingled, the dedicated Cupio bar kept the drinks flowing with a selection of delicious drops. With spicy marg season on the horizon, Cupio’s chilli-infused Spicy Rosé proved particularly popular: crisp, dry and oh-so-refreshing, we spotted a number of guests seeking out a second pour.
Also on the menu was Cupio Pinot Noir Rosé—light, bright and perfect for spring, with juicy berry and redcurrant flavours. The Chardonnay, meanwhile, married white peach, nectarine and zesty citrus, with hints of warm vanilla and toasted almond on the palate. For red wine enthusiasts, the Cupio Pinot Noir was an obvious choice: smooth, sweet, well-structured and sophisticated.
Of course, raising a glass to Remix and friends wouldn’t be possible without bubbly—and thanks to Vinarchy, Deutz Marlborough Cuvée filled every flute. Positioned against the church windows, the Deutz bottle tower also made a spectacular focal point for our guests to gather around.
From the first uncorking to the final toast, Vinarchy added a little extra sparkle to an already glittering evening—here’s to you!
