KFC and… caviar? Inside the Remix Gala’s exclusive menu
With another year nearly under our (Gucci) belt, Remix decided to celebrate the only way we know how—in style.
Last night, the who’s who of Aotearoa’s fashion and lifestyle industries descended on the iconic St Matthew-in-the-City for the Remix Gala, our fabled annual spring soirée. Beneath the towering Gothic architecture, impeccably dressed attendees socialised, sipped and savoured, thanks to KFC and our other treasured sponsors. 
Everyone knows that no good night is complete without KFC—so we brought a taste of drive-through deliciousness to our gala. In true Remix fashion, this was no ordinary KFC. Fried chicken was served on branded wax paper with crème fraîche and generous dollops of Sturgeon Valley caviar, alongside the Colonel's signature seasoned fries—a non-negotiable for any night out.
Later in the evening, the Remix-KFC Snack Box service officially commenced. In between sips of spicy wine and the clinking of flutes, attendees snacked on popcorn chicken and extra fries before Remix founder and DJ, Tim Phin, hit the deck for a euphoric end to a fabulous night.
Finger lickin’ good, indeed.
