There's no denying that Gigi Hadid is the model of the moment. From walking for Victoria Secret to appearing on the cover of Vogue or co-designing a capsule collection with Tommy Hilfiger, Gigi's career continues to be on the rise. But news of the blonde bombshell's secret talent has emerged and it couldn't be more different to modelling - her budding singing career.
After some extensive Twitter sleuthing, it was uncovered that Gigi was a backup singer for Josh Groban's 2007 Christmas album. Yes, this tweet is from 2014, and yes a Gigi fan did delve into a thousand tweets to find it.
@GiGiHadid yessssssss ???— josh groban (@joshgroban) November 11, 2014
The reason for Gigi’s moment at the microphone was because her mother, Yolanda, was married to Josh’s producer, David Foster at the time. But let’s be honest, there is also no denying that her voice is angelic.
While Gigi only featured momentarily in two of the tracks off the Noel album – Little Drummer Boy and I’ll Be Home for Christmas – there is no denying that she is a girl of many talents.
A Zayn and Gigi duet is now on the top of our Christmas wishlist!
