What do celebrities eat at the Golden Globes?

Ever wondered what the celebs chow down on in between rushing on stage to collect their awards? Us too, which is why we delved into the kitchen of The Beverly Hilton's executive chef, Alberico Nunziata, to discover what he's preparing for the 75th annual Golden Globes.
Easily the most eye-catching dinner of 2018 to date, we're betting Alberico and his team of culinary experts (which includes executive pastry chef Thomas Henzi) will have been prepping weeks in advance to pull together a meal fit for Hollywood's finest.
This year, the menu comprises an array of dishes that are both organic by nature and entirely gluten-free - designed specifically with celebrities specific tastes in mind.
To start, an ornate Delicata salad boasts a fresh and fanciful mix of burrata cheese imported by Italy, roasted butternut squash, Taggiasca olives, and a splash of balsamic vinegar from Modena. Topped off only by violet garlic flowers, the first course is totally grammable, not to mention delicious.
Rounding out the meal, celebs will enjoy a coffee-infused, Frangelico crème brûlée, dusted with gold and delicately draped by a petticoat-esque chocolate swirl.
Can you say divine?
